Founded in the South East in 1999, expanding in 2009 to the South West, and now operating nationwide and beyond, Reef has built a strong reputation based on specialist service, providing technically sound information, as well as delivering cost effective solutions to commercial and domestic clients.

The success of Reef is based upon the philosophy of building long lasting partnerships with our clients and in-house, with our team. Whilst ensuring full compliance with guidelines such as ACOP L8, HSG 274 and BSRIA BG29/2012, we adopt an open book approach meaning we investigate the problem, work to find the best resolution and relay to you what needs to be done. In short, you’re always kept in the loop.
Our Story
Reef's journey started from a desk in Mike's family home in South Croydon. Reef's reputation has been built on delivering fast, efficient and professional services with a friendly approach.
Alongside his family and close friends, Mike moved Reef from his bedroom desk to a large garden outhouse, and then to its first ‘proper’ office in Caterham, Surrey. Reef now consists of over 30 employees between two offices, one in the South East, and one in the South West. Our office locations do not restrict where we work. Reef operate nationwide and beyond, and will come to you, wherever you are in the country.
We pride ourselves on being approachable. No question, job, or problem is off the cards, we will always do our upmost to find the best solution for you.
Our next move will be to start a further branch in the North of England to cater for our ever-growing client portfolio.
