Legionella Regime Management
As members of the Legionella Control Association (LCA) we are committed to providing fully compliant schemes of control for all applications. We bespoke contracts to suit the requirements of our end users and are managing more aspects of our clients regimes. Our clients have found that out sourcing the entire package from running of little used outlets, to temperature monitoring, provides peace of mind as well as value for money. Legionella Risk Assessments
Reef have undertaken thousands of Legionella risk assessments. It is a legal requirement for a legionella risk assessment to be carried out in any premises where there is a potential risk of proliferation and dissemination of Legionella. Our risk assessments will provide specific recommendations with regards to control measures and remedial actions, to help our clients achieve compliance.
Disinfection
Disinfection works form a core part of our business. From new connection disinfections through to domestic water tank cleans and cooling tower/evaporative condenser works. Reef utilise a full variety of methods and chemical solutions to accepted guidelines and standards.
Closed Systems
Many of our team cut their teeth on the design, installation and commissioning of closed systems. We use these skills, gained through years of experience, to apply knowledge to chemical and microbiological analysis, flushing, dosing and cleans of closed systems.
Project Works
We are often asked to provide assistance for project works, including water tank refurbishment, water softener installation/repair, cooling tower works, proportional dosing systems and risk assessment remedials.
Sampling
With our UKAS accredited lab partners, we are able to provide a wide range of sampling services, including but not limited to, Legionella, Total Viable Count (TVC), pseudomonas, chemistry and private water supplies. We pride ourselves on our response times, even attending the same day, when required.
Training & Consultancy
Reef offers a variety of training courses, including basic Legionella awareness, Responsible Persons and Duty Holders and Cooling Tower/Evaporative condenser technologies, to name a few.
